To keep your leather jewelry looking its best, avoid exposing it to water or other liquids, as this can cause the leather to become stiff or discoloured. Instead, wipe it clean with a soft, dry cloth and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use. You can also condition any leather jewelry made with veg-tan leather periodically with a leather conditioner or oil to keep it soft and supple. Here's an easy list to remember:

• Like any sacred item, treat your new leather jewelry with care and store it in a safe place when you’re not wearing it such as on your dresser, an altar or another special place
